Request for Proposal

Malaria Consortium (MC), an international non-governmental organization, expects to conduct the evaluation of coverage and usage of malaria prevention methods and association risk factors among populations in areas with malaria transmission in Thailand (End-line survey). We invite interested parties to submit a proposal to collect data for this survey. Please refer to the following website for details of Terms of Reference (ToR), and the Survey Protocol: http://www.malariaconsortium.org/userfiles/file/endline.pdf

The final submission date for all proposals is on Wednesday 30th March 2016. Your proposal should be summited to Mr. Alongkorn Nuanyai, at a.nuanyai@malariaconsortium.org. Any technical questions can be submitted to Ms. Forradee Nuchsongsin at f.nuchsongsin@malariaconsortium.org.
